Events and AV: prompter, confidence monitor, timer and cues

Step by step

1. Pick Events and AV

   You get Script, Devices, Cues, Timer, Video and Brand.

2. Add the screens

   A Prompter for each speaker, a Monitor for the stage, and a Remote if someone else runs the scroll.

3. Set the timer

   In Timer, set the slot length. Start, pause and reset from the bar — every screen shows the same second.

4. Cue the speaker

   In Cues, tap “Wrap it up”, “Slow down” or type your own. It appears on the monitor.

5. Change things live

   Edit the script and press Push. Prompters update without losing the speaker’s place.

Tips

• Monitors can show the time of day, the countdown, the speaker’s next words, or a live video feed.
• Brand puts your logo and colours on every screen (Studio plan).
