For churches and worship teams

Sermon notes, countdowns and cues for every Sunday.

Put the pastor’s notes on a prompter, the worship team’s countdown on a stage monitor, and let the booth send “wrap it up” without walking down the aisle. Works alongside ProPresenter, on screens you already own.

One laptop in the booth. Any TV, iPad or old laptop on the stage.

Where every screen goes

A typical Sunday: the booth laptop, an iPad on the pulpit, monitors facing the platform and a countdown in the lobby.

A Sunday with SyncedCue

One volunteer in the booth runs every screen the stage sees.

  1. Before service

The service countdown runs on the stage monitor and any lobby screen, all from the same clock.

  2. Worship

The worship leader sees time left in the set, and the booth can flag “two more minutes”.

  3. Announcements

The host reads from the prompter, so names and dates come out right the first time.

  4. Sermon

The pastor’s notes scroll at their pace — from a remote in their hand or an operator in the booth.

  5. Closing

“Wrap it up” lands on the confidence monitor, quietly, without anyone walking on stage.

What each screen does for your team

Pastor’s prompter

Sermon notes, scripture and illustrations in large type, with presenter notes only they can see.

Stage monitor

Countdown, time of day and the next words of the message, readable from across the platform.

Booth control

Push edits, jump to a section, start the timer and send cues from one laptop.

Livestream

A clean capture window for OBS, so the online service follows the same script.

Worship team

The setlist with lyrics and chords on every singer’s and player’s screen, transposed in one tap, songs picked from a foot pedal.

Questions from church teams

Do we have to replace ProPresenter?

No. Keep ProPresenter for lyrics and slides. SyncedCue adds the sermon prompter, the stage countdown and cues from the booth beside it.

Can a volunteer run it?

Yes. It is one laptop and three buttons most Sundays: Play, Pause and a cue. New screens link by QR in about twenty seconds.

What hardware do we need?

None new. An iPad on the pulpit, a TV on the floor and the booth laptop are a complete rig.

Can the pastor control their own scrolling?

Yes. Any phone can join as a remote: play, pause, speed and jumps between sections.

Does it need the internet?

You need a connection to open SyncedCue. Once devices are linked, the script, cues and timer travel directly between them — on the same Wi-Fi or a phone hotspot.

Is my script private?

Yes. There is no server holding your show. Everything travels directly between your devices, encrypted end to end.

Set it up on Saturday, run it on Sunday.
