For sales demos, client calls and anyone presenting on Zoom
Zoom webinars, with a producer on the script.
Your script floats above the Zoom window, just under the camera, so you look at the person instead of your notes. A teammate can scroll it, jump to the right section and cue you from their own computer while you talk.
Floating prompter in Chrome and Edge on Mac and Windows. Any phone or tablet works as a second screen.
Where every screen goes
Your script floats under the webcam. A teammate can drive it from their own computer.
How it sits on your screen
Zoom never knows SyncedCue is there. The prompter is its own small window.
Near the camera
Drag the floating prompter right under your webcam so your eyes stay close to the lens.
Stays on top
It floats above Zoom and keeps scrolling while you share your slides or a demo.
Driven by a teammate
A colleague runs Studio on their computer: scroll, pause, jump to “pricing” and send cues.
Or by you
Run Studio yourself and keep a phone on the desk as a remote for play, pause and speed.

Questions about Zoom
Can I use a teleprompter with Zoom?
Yes. SyncedCue runs beside Zoom, not inside it, so it works with the Zoom desktop app and Zoom in the browser. It works the same way with Teams, Google Meet and Webex.
Will people on the call see my script?
Not if you share a single window or app. If you share your whole screen, the floating prompter is on it too — share the window instead, or put the prompter on a phone or tablet.
Does it work on a Mac?
Yes. The floating prompter works in Chrome and Edge on Mac and Windows. In Safari or Firefox, put the prompter on a second device instead.
Can my teammate control it from home?
Yes. They open Studio, send you the invite link, and you paste back the code it shows. Most networks link directly; a strict office network may need a phone hotspot.
Will it look like I am reading?
Keep the prompter small and close to the camera, read phrases rather than words, and use it for the lines that must be exact.
Is my script private?
Yes. There is no server holding your show. Everything travels directly between your devices, encrypted end to end.
