For stages, studios and any room with a speaker
Turn any screen into a confidence monitor.
Plug a TV into a laptop, prop up an iPad, or use the monitor you already have. SyncedCue shows the countdown, the time of day, the speaker’s next words, a live video feed and cues from the booth.
Readable from across the stage, in landscape or portrait.
Where every screen goes
Put a monitor anywhere the speaker looks. Every one shows the same second.
What the monitor shows
The booth decides, and every monitor follows at once.
Countdown
Huge red digits that pulse in the last thirty seconds, with a bar for time used.
Time of day
The real clock beside the countdown, because speakers check both.
Next words
Where the prompter is, in large type: what they are saying and what comes next.
Video or cues
A camera or slide feed from Studio, and a full-width band for cues and messages.
Link a monitor in three steps
Pick what the screen is
In Studio, choose Teleprompter, Monitor or Remote. A QR code appears.
Scan it with the device
Point the phone or tablet camera at the code. SyncedCue opens in its browser — nothing to install.
Show its answer to Studio
The device shows a code back. Hold it up to the laptop camera, or paste it. Linked.

Questions
What screen should I use?
Anything with a browser: a TV driven by a laptop or streaming stick with a browser, an iPad, an Android tablet or a spare laptop.
Can it show my slides?
Yes, as a live video feed: share the slide window from Studio and every monitor shows it.
How many monitors can I run?
Up to ten devices per show, in any mix of monitors, prompters and remotes.
Does it need the internet?
You need a connection to open SyncedCue. Once devices are linked, the script, cues and timer travel directly between them — on the same Wi-Fi or a phone hotspot.
Is my script private?
Yes. There is no server holding your show. Everything travels directly between your devices, encrypted end to end.
What if the venue Wi-Fi blocks it?
Hotel, office and campus networks sometimes stop devices talking to each other. Put the Studio laptop and the screens on a phone hotspot and it links every time.
