For webinar hosts, moderators and virtual event producers
Deliver the webinar without reading off a second tab.
Your script floats above Zoom, Teams or Meet, close to the camera, so you look at your audience instead of your notes. A producer can scroll it, cue you and keep time from another computer.
Floating window in Chrome and Edge on desktop. A second phone or tablet works everywhere.
Where every screen goes
The host stays on the call. The producer runs the script, cues and clock from wherever they are.
A webinar, start to finish
- Green room
Host and producer link up; the countdown to go live is on both screens.
- Intro
The opening reads word for word from the floating prompter, eyes on the lens.
- Sponsor read
The exact wording the sponsor approved — no improvising the important line.
- Demo
The producer pauses the script and sends “back to slides” when it is time.
- Q&A and close
Questions arrive as messages; “60 seconds” keeps the ending on time.
What each screen does
Floating prompter
Sits above your call window, under the camera, and keeps scrolling while you share your screen.

Scroll, pause, jump sections and cue the host from a different computer, anywhere.
Moderator monitor
Countdown, time of day and the next speaker’s lines on a second screen.
Phone remote
Play, pause and speed from a phone on your desk when you produce yourself.

Questions from hosts and producers
Does it work with Zoom, Teams, Meet and Webex?
Yes. SyncedCue never touches the call. In Chrome and Edge on desktop the prompter floats above any window; elsewhere, use a second device.
Can my producer be in a different city?
Yes. Send the invite link and paste back the code it shows. Most networks link directly; if a strict office network blocks it, a phone hotspot fixes it.
Will the audience see the prompter?
Not if you share a single window or app. If you share your whole screen, the floating prompter is on that screen too — share the window instead, or use a second device.
Do the other devices need an app or an account?
No. A phone, tablet or TV joins by scanning a QR code from Studio and opens in its web browser. Only the person running Studio signs in.
Does it need the internet?
You need a connection to open SyncedCue. Once devices are linked, the script, cues and timer travel directly between them — on the same Wi-Fi or a phone hotspot.
Is my script private?
Yes. There is no server holding your show. Everything travels directly between your devices, encrypted end to end.
