Billing questions
How do I get access after paying?
As soon as you’re back from Stripe, SyncedCue shows your passcode. Sign in to Studio on any computer with your account name and that passcode.
Does the Event Pass renew?
No. It lasts 30 days from purchase and then stops. Buy another when you need one.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, on the Production plan. Email us with your details.
Do the other devices need an app or an account?
No. A phone, tablet or TV joins by scanning a QR code from Studio and opens in its web browser. Only the person running Studio signs in.
