For nonprofits, event planners and AV teams
A gala where every name is said right.
Your emcee reads the welcome, the sponsor thanks and the award winners from a prompter, the stage monitor counts down each segment, and the executive director’s ask lands on time.
Runs in the browser — bring a laptop, a tablet and the venue TV.
Where every screen goes
The emcee at the lectern, a confidence monitor at the stage lip, and the run of show driven from the AV table.
The night, segment by segment
- Doors
A countdown to the program on every screen, including the lobby TV.
- Welcome
The emcee reads the welcome and sponsor thanks — every name, spelled and said the way you checked it.
- Awards
Each winner’s name and citation in its own section. The booth jumps to the next one as they walk up.
- The ask
The executive director’s appeal and the paddle-raise levels on the prompter, with a cue when to start.
- Close
“Wrap it up” keeps dessert and the band on schedule.

Questions from event teams
A sponsor changed their name an hour before doors. Can we fix it?
Yes. Edit it in Studio and send it. The prompter updates in place, even mid-program.
Do we need the venue Wi-Fi?
You need a connection to open SyncedCue. If the venue network blocks devices talking to each other, put them all on a phone hotspot.
Can the executive director use it for the appeal?
Yes. Give the appeal its own section, and the booth can cue it when the time comes.
Do the other devices need an app or an account?
No. A phone, tablet or TV joins by scanning a QR code from Studio and opens in its web browser. Only the person running Studio signs in.
