Bands and worship teams: setlists, chords and transposing

Step by step

  1. Pick Band or worship team

    Studio opens on the Setlist tab.

  2. Paste or import songs

    ChordPro ({title: …} and [G] chords), chords written above the lyrics, or plain lyrics. Each one becomes a song.

  3. Set keys and lengths

    Use ♭ and ♯ to transpose — every chord moves, slash chords too. Add a length like 4:30 for timed scrolling.

  4. Send it

    Press Send setlist. Lyrics keep your line breaks; chords show in amber when Show chords is on.

  5. Play the night

    Press Go on a song to jump there, or Timed to scroll it over its length. A MIDI program change jumps to a song by number.

Tips

  • A MIDI program change number picks the song with the same number in the set.
  • Section names like Verse, Chorus and Bridge show as small notes above the lyrics.

Questions

Which pedals work?

Any USB or Bluetooth pedal that sends Page Up / Page Down or arrow keys scrolls the lyrics. To change songs hands-free, use a MIDI program change (Chrome and Edge).
