1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SyncedCue ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What SyncedCue Provides

SyncedCue is a browser-based teleprompter with script templates, recording, Zoom background overlay, QR code device sync, remote scroll control, voice-activated scroll, stage monitor, stage timer, green room display, and live cue messaging.

We provide the Service "as is" and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a Day Pass or Pro subscription you authorise us to charge your payment method.

• Day Pass — a one-time payment for 24 hours of full access. Non-refundable once access is granted.
• Pro subscription — billed annually. You may cancel at any time. No partial refunds.
• Service unavailability — if the Service is unavailable for more than 4 consecutive hours within your paid period, contact us for a pro-rated credit or refund.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SyncedCue to create illegal content, reverse-engineer the service, use automated scripts that place unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or resell access without written consent.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

SyncedCue and all associated software, design, script templates, and content are owned by SyncedCue. Script templates are provided for personal and professional use. Content you create belongs to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
