Color escalation mirrors the broadcast standard: neutral when on track, amber at 25% remaining, red at 10%, flashing red when over. Readable from 20+ feet.

How to Set Up

Open SyncedCue on the confidence monitor laptop
Connect the laptop to your confidence monitor via HDMI. Open SyncedCue in the browser.
Switch to Stage Monitor view
Click the stage monitor icon. The display fills the screen with the large-format countdown timer.
Connect the AV operator device via QR code
The operator scans the QR code on their tablet or phone. They now have remote timer control from anywhere in the venue.
Optionally connect the green room display
A second QR scan on a backstage device shows the green room view.
